The IIS 6 WMI Compatibility Component is required on Exchange 2010 SP3

When you are trying to upgrade your Exchange 2010 server to SP3, you will across with the error message "The IIS 6 WMI Compatibility Component is required"

To fix this perform the below mentioned steps and retry the upgrade
