Key points to be noted before upgrading the CU2
- Confirm you have taken the full backup of your Active Directory.
- Confirm you have taken the full backup of your Exchange 2013 Servers.
- Mailbox Servers must be first upgraded before CAS
- First upgrade your Internet facing Site, before deploying to other sites.
- Mailbox Servers must be bought to Maintenance mode before updating the CU.
